ADHD Coaching
I provide ADHD coaching as a personalised, structured support designed to help you navigate challenges with attention, organisation, planning, and maintaining momentum in daily life. Sessions are delivered online via Zoom, last one hour, and are supported by practical exercises and tailored resources to help you apply what we explore between sessions.
My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and adapted to your individual strengths, enabling you to develop effective strategies, improve consistency, and enhance overall functioning. By working together in a focused and supportive way, I help you build skills that promote greater clarity, confidence, and sustainable progress in both personal and professional contexts.
What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD coaching is a type of support that helps people with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder manage everyday challenges like focus, organization, time management, and follow-through.
“ADHD is not a flaw to fix, but a rhythm to learn.”
Alongside clinical management of ADHD, coaching is a practical and action-focused—it helps you build systems and habits that work with your brain, not against it.
ADHD coaching starts with your strengths and builds on them.

How can ADHD Coaching help you?
ADHD coaching starts with your strengths and builds on them. As your ADHD coach, I can work with you to:

 Create a space to pause and reflect
 Become more present
 Cope with difficult emotions such as regret and shame
 Break big tasks into manageable steps
 Create routines that stick
 Challenge procrastination
 Challenge unhelpful beliefs that lead to low self-esteem and poor self-worth
 Improve time awareness (avoiding procrastination or hyperfocus traps)
 Build accountability
 Develop strategies for distractions, forgetfulness, and overwhelm
 Maximise your potential in college or work
 Make value-led and strengths-based decisions
 Manage emotional regulation difficulties
 Help you to thrive in relationships
I won’t just give you advice and strategies—I will give you strategies specific to ADHD brains and your specific needs and help you to apply these in real life.

-
Adults diagnosed later in life who are adjusting to a new understanding of their neurodevelopmental profile

Individuals at risk of ADHD‑related burnout, chronic stress, or reduced wellbeing
-
Women with ADHD, whose presentation may be more internalised and historically under‑recognised
-
Individuals who suspect they may have ADHD and would like structured, practical support while considering next steps
